Fluid Handling Division Range of Products

01

Fixed & Disconnectable
Turret Systems

FES Fixed & Disconnectable Turret Systems support FPSO, DP or moored system operations, allowing simultaneous transfer of fluids from subsea wellheads to the vessel.

FES International can also supply a number of other fluid transfer systems including reeling systems, bow loading systems, stern off-take systems, skid mounted systems, LNG and LPG transfer systems, and hose breakaway systems.

Diverless Bend Stiffener
Connector (DBSC)

FES diverless bend stiffener connector’s API17L1-certified design enables quick, efficient and cost effective installation of bend stiffeners in often very congested and confined spaces with little to no subsea intervention.

Hydraulic/Electric/Fibre Optic
Stab Plates

FES has built up a reputation for satisfying clients with a range of Hydraulic/Electric/Fibre Optic Stab Plates; offering high quality and cost effective design and manufacture, with short lead times.

Fluid Transfer Swivels

FES combines practical experience and precision engineering to produce a range of fluid transfer swivels to ensure efficient performance to suit bespoke client requirements i.e.

  • Turret Swivel
  • Inline Swivel
  • Calm Buoy Swivel

Operating at a wide range of pressures and end loads, these swivels are precision engineered to meet the exact requirements of each particular project.

Pressure Balanced Weak
Link Couplings

Alongside the standard coupling design, FES has developed a deep water Pressure Balanced Weak Link Coupling. This product provides the same high quality and precise operation of the standard product, but is designed in order to operate in deep water environments, negating the effects of external pressure on the activation of the coupling.

Ranging in size up to 12” bore the FES Pressure Balanced Weak Link Coupling operates in pressures of 0-15,000 PSI with a break load of up to 50 Te.

Subsea Division Range of Products

  • Hot Stabs & Receptacles
  • Pig Launchers And Receivers (PLRS)
  • Suction Pile Vent Hatches
  • Subsea Manifolds And Control Panels
  • Subsea Valves
  • Pipeline Equipment & Bespoke Engineering

Marine Divison Range of Products

Cargo Offloading Hose Reel System

Designed for use on FPSO, FSO and FLNG vessels, the FES Cargo Offloading Hose Reel System provides an integrated solution for ship to ship and ship to shore offloading activities.

Bunker Hose Station

Providing onshore and vessel mounted storage and loading solutions for a wide range of fluid media, the FES allows for safe, efficient and reliable storage and operation of hoses for offloading and transfer to extend hose lifetimes and minimize leakage and transfer times.

02

Umbilical Reeling system

Designed to provide efficient deployment and recovery of hydraulic, electrical and fibre-optic umbilicals while maintaining a compact profile to minimize deck space requirements, the FES Umbilical Reeling System provides an all-in-one solution for single and multiple umbilical situations.

FES ensure that all Umbilical Reeling hardware is produced and tested to a first-class standard, suitable for all project and client requirements.

Offloading Hose End Valve

The FES Offloading Hose End Valve (commonly referred to as a “North Sea Valve”) provides safe, leak free storage and connection of cargo offloading hoses, prior to fluid transfer.

Fitted to the end of cargo offloading hoses, the FES Offloading Hose End Valve is designed to be compatible with all existing transfer connections and can also be supplied as part of the FES complete Cargo Offloading Hose Reel System. Interfacing with the offloading vessel, the valve assembly helps to ensure a leak free connection during offloading activities.

02

Marine Breakaway Couplings

FES Marine Breakaway Couplings provide a low-risk, peace-of-mind safeguard during fluid transfer operations. Designed to prevent fluid leakage in the case of unplanned disconnection or pressure surge, the Marine Breakaway Coupling is suitable for use on import and export of a wide range of fluids.

Commonly installed on vessel offloading hoses, the Marine Breakaway Coupling is a key component both to protect from environmental damage from potential leaks during unplanned disconnections, and to protect connected hardware from damage in pressure surge situations. Reduction of these risks can prevent large incurred costs in the future, if a problem was to occur.

The compact, efficient design of the FES Marine Breakaway Coupling is designed for ease of installation and ease of use – detailed design and analysis carried out on all bespoke coupling designs ensure the coupling is optimized to meet all client loadings, pressures and operating requirements.
